When opening the given URL and clicking on the first link "Virtuelles Amt", the
resulting page is rendered incorrectly (layout is hosed):

http://www.wien.gv.at/amtshelfer/

In Firefox 1.0.4, it works perfectly, but DeerPark a1 seems to get the spacing
wrong and mvoes the content out of sight.
Ok, this regressed between 2005-01-31 and 2005-02-01. 
Since the url page uses fieldset and so, I think this happens because of the fix
for bug 240571.
I think (and hope) this will be fixed by the fix for bug 296722.
