Firefox's Built in pop up blocker doesn't block Drop down pop ups or sticky pop
ups.  Examples are at www.popuptest.com.  I first relized this when visiting
http://www.dumblaws.com/laws.php?sid=&a=top25.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.popuptest.com
2. Click on Drop down Popup or Sticky popup
3. Wait for a few Seconds while it loads the pop up(s)

Actual Results:  
Pop ups Pop up.  the Sticky popup, you have to scroll a little farther, but this
could probobly work if the page were formatted correctly.

Expected Results:  
Firefox's Built in Pop up blocker should have blocked the pop ups

Confirmed. I clicked on all of them and only the Drop down Popup and the Sticky
popup popped up.

This two are no popups, the first is a CSS overlay and the second is also just
an image moved via css.It's by design that such overlays and moving images are
not blocked.The popup blocker just blocks popups.
