I make a page width a cgi program and the download is
incomplate width communicator 4.0x.
The same page is viewable width explorer 4.x and netscape
3.x.
I have Server OS WinNT width Web Server IIS4 and the same
repons width Omnihttpd2.a7 and apache 1.3b3

I just tried this in 4.5 and the latest mozilla build and the URL you mentioned
loads fine.  Am marking this bug as WORKSFORME.
