297007 - problem with repeatedly pressing N in mailnews

When there are multiple folders with unread messages and I press 'N' without
releasing, it first cycles over all unread messages in the current folder, and
then displays multiple dialogs asking if it should go to the next folder.
Normally only one dialog should appear which is modal, but this way, many of
them appear, and they're not even modal.
