I have a particular calendar with a quite huge number of events per day for
which time is not important.
The easiest way to handle this would be to make these all day events, but a
"display only all day events" option would be usefull as the timed part would
not be used at all in that calendar.

Reassigning all automatically assigned bugs from Mostafa to nobody@m.o

or add a check box for event: "Don't display in task/events list"
or even more generic solution: Let set a filter on daily task/events list, like only priority > low.
I think we can mark this as a duplicate of bug 486786. If that is fixed, then you can resize to show mostly allday events.
