On several errors when trying to visit a website, an alert box is shown which
describes the problem but the url that caused the error is then not shown in the
address bar. This is especially true when following links from other applications.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start > Run > http://www.domainnotexistant342.com
2. Click OK to Firefox error
3. Note nothing shown in the address bar

Actual Results:  
nothing shown in the address bar

Expected Results:  
shown the attempted url in the address bar
