When the list of the select object has to be drawn upwards you cannot select an
item. The list immediately collapses as soon as you open it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open testcase
2. resize window if neccessary so that the vertical scrollbar appears
3. scroll down to see the select object is at the bottom of the page
4. click on object to open select list
Actual Results:  
list briefly appears, then goes away

Expected Results:  
list appears and stays
