there is 3 forms dynamicly created
the first is just a form into a div, and the caret correctly work

in the 3 others, the form is under a div or an iframe and then the caret does 
not appeared into th input field.

the problem is the same under Mac OSX and windows.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. put a absolute positionned div with z-index to 3
2. put a second to the same position with z-index to 4
3. put a form and an input field into the second div
Actual Results:  
There is not caret into the input tag.
you can use the input tag but you can't see where you are typing text

Expected Results:  
display the caret !!!

the bug is quite simple to produce.
it appeared if you have a form under a block object (div, iframe) witj a z-
index smaller
