Can't click Cancel button in Update UI

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to: Help > Check for updates
2. Try to click Cancel button
3.

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens. X does work

Expected Results:  
Window should close
bug 296868 hasn't fully landed yet
obviously this is a part of that

This is WFM, Cancel button is also now named "close"
