If any image is viewed on it's own (e.g. outside the context of a webpage),
viewing its properties the alternative text (which of course should not exist)
reports "The image <url> cannot be displayed, because it contains errors."

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the URL of any image
2. Right click on it and select properties
3. View the alternative text information

Actual Results:
The alternative text field contained "The image <url> cannot be displayed,
because it contains errors."

Expected Results:
The Alternative Text field should be blank
