When I click the "get more extensions" link in the extension manager it opens a
new windows. It should rather open a new tab. Tabs are after all one of the main
reasons to use Firefox instead opf IE.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click "Tools"
2.Click "Extensions"
3.Click "Get More Extensions"

Actual Results:  
A new browser window opens.

Expected Results:  
A new tab should have opened.
