2. Click in the value text field on Subject/Contains/ line
3. Type anything

R. The horizontal arrow keys are ignored ... have to use mouse to move inside
the field.

Theses 2 milestones were working fine.

I wonder if it regressed when the plus and minus buttons were (recently) added !??

No, it turned out to be the same bug, but affected by the mail JS pref instead.
