Since the globe in the bottom right of the window, in the status bar, means
nothing, we should remove it. Security is communicated through the URL bar, so
duplicating the lock on secure sites is unnecessary.
This patch removes the right-side status bar image completely, reducing UI clutter.

You realize that there are enough cases where the location bar is hidden, it
really isn't enough.
