29716 - Taskbar menu items not loading pages in browser

Build 2000-02-29-08M15: NT4

Overview: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. From the Browser (or Mail's 3-pane) select one of the Taskbar menu items such 
as Channels|Family. 
2.The browser's progress bar continues but never loads the page.

Expected Results: The browser should display the page.

Additional Information:
- Mac, Mozilla Build 2000-02-29-08M15: From the browser selecting a Taskbar menu 
item seems to work but if I do the same thing from a Mail component then the 
browser does nothing, no response. I'll try the next Mac commercial build when 
it's available.
- Linux, Commercial Build 2000-02-29-08M15: Is working as expected. It loads the 
correct page when accessed from a Mail component or from the Browser itself.

nbaca: any more luck with the commercial build?
In any case, if bug persists with 03/01 build using the installer 
(MozMacInstaller-M15), try the self-extracting build (Mozilla-mac-M15).
If both fail, I would reassign it to a Mac core engineer (not an install issue)

Commercial builds 2000-03-01-08M15: NT4, Linux 6.0, Mac 8.5.1

I checked all platforms and the Taskbar menus are working. 
I'll mark as Worksforme and then Verify.
