after updating my Firefox, all my favourites completely disapeared, can't find
them anywhere. I believe it has something to do with the profiles, but i can't
load my old profile with all the bookmarks.

So you are using a new profile then? Your bookmarks are in the old profile, but
you say you can't access that profiel? Why is that

If they work then mark this as INVALID.
