In 20050607 (and earlier) ctrl + t opened a new tab and selected the Location
field. in 20050608 it doesnt select it anymore. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. press ctrl + t

Actual Results:  
a new tab is opened and the Location bar isnt selected anymore

Expected Results:  
the location bar should be selected to make it easy to enter a new URL
get a newer build, it's fixed
