According to bug 279265, the url for manually installing quicktime doesn't work.

Also, quicktime was updated to 6.2.1, need that reflected
I removed the version from the service and changed the manual installation URL
to http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ which seems to be the current
download URL on the apple site.
