build firefox with --enable-static and --disable-shared.

try to start xpcshell and get message like Failed to load JS Runtime environment
(I forget the exact message).

It works if you build firefox with --disable-static and --enable-shared.
would be nice to get this looked at, xpcshell is usefull to run a quick test on
pyxpcom after a build.

We do not recommend static builds any more and are going to remove support for them soon.
