Netscape and Mozilla allowed you to have bookmark sites automatically checked
for changes.  It was a Property of the bookmark and you could specify how often
the site should be checked and how you should be notified.  These useful
functions are not included in Firefox 1.0.4

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on a bookmark.
2. Select Properties
3.

Actual Results:  
Only an Info tab is shown.  Schedule and Notify tabs don't exist.

Expected Results:  
Shown a tab to specify a schedule for checking the bookmarked site, and shown a
tab for selecting the notification method.
