While loading the image referenced, if I create a new tab (CTRL-T or File-New
Tab), the thumbnail image for the tab is not generated. This does -not- occur if
I click on another tab which is already open.

Similarly, while loading http://www.raven-blue.com/yuki/images/hillier.jpg the
same problem occurs, however the favicon -does- load in place.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a tab.
2. Direct Deer Park to load an image.
3. While it is loading the image, open a new tab.
4. Do not switch back to the original tab. You can switch to other tabs, however.

Actual Results:
The thumbnail image is not generated for the tab - instead, the favicon (if
available) or default page icon is shown.

Expected Results:
A thumbnail image should be generated for the image.
Apologies, original description is incorrect. The problem occurs on switching to
any tab and not switching back before the image loads.
Summary: thumbnail generation doesn't occur if a new tab is created while loading → thumbnail generation doesn't occur if a different tab is selected before the image loads
