Details

Some channels have lots of activity and annoying people/bots mentioning your
name for no reason, while in others you may want to indeed be informed whenever
your name is mentioned. So it would be a nice idea to have two options: one, a
global option for whether to be notified upon /msg's, and another a per-channel
option to be notified when your nick is mentioned.
Personally, I think not.

If we can combine the event system with the message filtering system, it could
be done that way, but I do not want the agressive notify option (which itself we
go away once we have the message filtering) to be per-view configurable.

I'm going to mark WONTFIX, and dependant on the message filtering.
