Cingular home page renders without images - just text links and form fields. It
renders fine with Netscape 7.1 and Safari 1.3 (v312). I can't "work around" the
situation - I have to use Netscape to use the site.

You have probably blocked images from that site.
Look at Edit -> Preferences... -> Web Features -> Load Images (Exceptions) and
see if the site is listed there.

Per Jan Darmochwal- found that while images were NOT blocked, there was a
default preference that accepted images only from the sending site. Images from
the Cingular.com site are from another server (a111.g.akamai.net). removing this
restriction corrected the situation. thank you.
