I choose print preview on this page then click Print... and my computer reboots.
The bad thing is I loose my open documents, the good thing is it's faster than
Start->Shutdown from the Windows menu ;) Anyhow it happens on more than the
above page too.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. View the page
2. Print Preview
3. Print.. Explode!

Actual Results:
Reboots.

Expected Results:
Print!

I'm on XP sp2, printing to a Samba connected printer. The problem pages all
print OK if I choose File->Print... in FireFox with out preview. I can also
preview then close preview and printing is OK. Seeems only to happen when
printing from preview. I get no error dialog or anything, clicking print from
print preview immeditely reboots. Thanks!
I justed tried to print the page listed in the URL without going to Print
Preview first and still I got a reboot! Crud! I had to print with stupid IE :(
What should I change on the page that caused it? Also I'm adding two
attachments, they were the files created by the Windows Problem Reporter thing,
hope they help.

I think this opens with Visual Stuido, it's the file generated by the Microsoft
System Error Report thing.

WFM in a Xerox network printer and using Print Preview. Not using Samba, though.
That might be what's causing the problem. Can you test it on a different printer?
a reboot on winnt/2k/xp/2k3 is always caused by a driver bug or hardware failure.
Mozilla/Firefox is a userspace application and it doesn't install additional
drivers running in the kernel mode.
It's impossible to crash or cause a BSOD on NT based systems for a userspace
application. Mozilla/FIreofx can only trigger such a bug in your driver.

How can it be then that only Firefox crashes, all other apps that I print with
jEdit, Word, Excel, IE, etc. don't reboot. Java has know buggy problems
printing and works OK. Firefox only causes reboots when printing certian pages.
Clearly if only Firefox causes this issue only with certian pages the issue is
Firefox. The pages that cause FF to kill my machine print OK in IE and Opera.
Perhaps FF sends some cruddy data to my print driver that causes the reboot and
I then fully agree that my driver needs to be fixed as well as FF not sending my
buggy driver junk.

A BSOD is always a driver fault and that's the reason why this is invalid.
It doesn't matter if you get this only with Firefox.

Printing works for example with my printer driver and it also works with many
other printer drivers.
This would be possible investigated if Firefox would cause many different
drivers to crash.

-> invalid (no valid Firefox bug)
