Trying to open Venkman over the main menu results in following js information:

No chrome package registered for chrome://communicator/content/contentAreaUtils.js

There is no Venkman window created and closing Firefox will leave a running
process in the memory.
The Venkman versions I tried to use are 0.9.85 and 0.9.84. Both versions have
the same problem.
