297359 - RSS delete item then duplicated on relaunch

Using the latest build (version 1.0+ (20050610) if a new item in an RSS feed
appears and I then delete it, when I relaunch TB, the deleted item appears again
as a new item. This was after an upgrade to the latest build from the latest stable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Delete a new item from an RSS subscription
2. Close TB
3. Relaunch TB

Actual Results:  
The deleted RSS item reappears a new item

Expected Results:  
The RSS item should be deleted and not appear again

That URL is not resolving (site not found).  But it's hard to imagine how a 
screenshot could illuminate this any further than the description does.

xref bug 258465 comment 72 -- I saw this problem while testing that Reuters 
feed.  I suspect this bug is just a dupe of that one.
