Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20050519 Netscape/8.0.1
Build Identifier:
Upon installing the 1.0.4 security update, no connectivity was available via
Anonymizer Total Net Security: for Firefox, Netscape 7.2, IE 6, RSS
browser-independent software, . . . (i.e., all). With all connectivity settings
the same, reverting to 1.0.3 solved the problem(s).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install 1.0.4 with Anonymizer Total Net Security already installed,
configured (connecting to internet) as well as Firefox 1.0.3 already installed.
2. Uninstall 1.0.3 / revert to 1.0.3.
Actual Results:
Problem vanished.
Expected Results:
1.0.4 should have connected as usual, but with the added security fixes.

Your description clearly describes an issue with Firefox, not an issue with
Bugzilla, so moving the bug there.
Since this is allegedly a regression caused by a security fix, CCing security
just to get their attention. I'll remove the CC shortly.

And a direct connection works ?
Do you use a firewall ?

If you can't get a connection after you updated it's sure that a firewall blocks
firefox (because of the changed Firefox.exe).
