When loading web pages with a table of a 100% width I have a horizontal
scroolbar which came up. As if the witdh was 102% or something like that.

Resizing height of window lead to a really 100% table, which moves things around
a lot. Other actions that lead to a reflow (clicking on links, scrolling) lead
as well to a "shrinking" of the table.
bug 29787 is about the same topic but in Linux, I'm seeing that under Win95
(29/02 build) as well, marking Plattforms: all (what's about Mac?)
Other testcases are:

OS: Windows 98 → All
