This page normally appears correctly, however often on the first time opening it
appears that the right 10% is over the width, with no horizontal scroll bar
appearing.
If I select all it sometimes reformats the page back to screen width

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Get Hammertap's Hammersnip a/c
2.Login and go to auction page
3.

Actual Results:  
page appears 10% or so off screen

Expected Results:  
all Page appears on screen

its happened in other web pages BUT I can'r rememmember these

I have tested this with my old Fx 1.0.7, but after several reloads, cache clearings and restarts I was unable to reproduce the issue mentioned here on any of those sites.
