I have installed Firefox 1.0.4 and whenever I want load any website like google it is not showing me any that website instead of this it is giving me message <website-name> could not be found Please check the name and try again

User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0; .NET CLR 1.1.4322) Build Identifier: I have installed Firefox 1.0.4 and whenever I want load any website like google it is not showing me any that website instead of this it is giving me message <website-name> could not be found Please check the name and try again I have also gone through the Connection preferences and enter connection preferences also but also i cannot connect with internet and whenever I start the firefox it gives following message "mozilla.firefox.org could not be found Please check the name and try again" Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Start the Firefox 1.0.4 2.Message appears with following mesasge box "message <website-name> could not be found Please check the name and try again"

Bugzilla is not for support questions, please use the mozillazine.org Forums for that. It sounds like a firewall is blocking Firefox. It's known that some firewalls are doing this if you upgrade Firefox from an older version. -> worksforme (support question and this works for everyone else)
