Based on email from himicos:

"If all identities are deleted, the servers dialog box does not appear and an
arrayindexoutofbounds exception is thrown. I imagine that the server panel takes
a list of the available identities, and before filling the combo box does not
check for size. If so, it should be trivial to fix."

I cannot reproduce this bug. Can you give me the stack trace you're getting?
