Actual Results:  
http://reporter.mozilla.org/app/ as title

Expected Results:  
Window and bookmark titles should display a logical string such as "Mozilla
Reporter : Search for a Report"

In dev it's been fixed since the other day.  When we roll out the update to
production it will be there.
