 If you open the Options > Advanced window, the window is overly wide and you
get this message: <button label="&showUpdates.label;" access key
="&showUpdates.access . . . (the rest runs off the dialog window).

If you move to other windows, the error message and extra width persist. If you
close while in another Options window and reopen, that other window will be OK.

1. Open Options.
2. Select Advanced

Actual Results:  
Horked window

Expected Results:  
nice tabbed interface.
