This currently *does not* sanitize embedded images, even spam in the Junk
folder.  This option should only display stylized text.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. compose a test email in HTML or HTML/text format with insert > image, mail to
yourself
2. View > Message Bodies As > Simple HTML


Actual Results:  
The embedded image still displays.

Expected Results:  
View > Message Bodies As > Simple HTML.  This option should only display
stylized text.

This expectation is incorrect.  By design, Simple HTML suppresses *remote* 
images and most if not all styling.  See bug 193929.

As reported, this bug is invalid.  The desired functionality would be a 
reasonable RFE -- perhaps you'd be happy with bug 290082's approach, or you can 
repurpose this bug as an enhancement specific to Simple HTML.
