If, while online, I choose to print an email while the imap mail server is down,
it warns me that the server is down but still opens the print dialog. If I click
OK, an blank page with chosen headers and footers is printed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open INBOX from imap server
2.select one mail and wait its download is finished
3.shut down the imap mail server
4.choose File->print
5.click OK

Actual Results:
A blank page is printed

Expected Results:
The print dialog should not have opened
confirmed with linux trunk 2005061305. I dropped packets to my imap server with
my firewall. After timing out (and displaying a dialog to that effect), it
presented the print dialog and happily printed a blank page.
