When you comment on a Theme, and the comment is accepted, you get redirected
back to
https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?id=7&vid=1259&page=comments&action=successful
which then fails with the message in the Summary, as the SQL checks you are in
the right directory.
