Description

Creating a default "Home" calendar for people to use instead of popping up a
wizard is righteous.  Not having that calendar be visible, or the target for
newly-created events...less so.

Some easy wins coming up.

Attachment: add the new calendar to the composite

This relies on the composite's first-added-is-default behaviour, which I think
is what we want.  (If there _is_ another calendar in there for some reason, we
don't want to compound our confusion by overwriting the user's default-calendar
setting.)
