messenger-sidebar-overlay is getting to be a wee bit large, and a simple
refactoring will both help with that and make it easier for mvl to play with
using it in sunbird.

How about we rename messenger-overlay-sidebar to something like
messenger-overlay-lightning?  It's really the core lightning overlay stuff, not
just the sidebar.
