Created with Dreamweaver, Flash files play in IE but not in Firefox. Either 
the animation is superfast or only the last frame shows.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Simply include a Flash ).swf) file on a webpage.

Actual Results:  
swf picture shows but only on the last frame

Expected Results:  
There should have been a 12 fps animation as it does in IE.
Flash files do play correctly in Firefox, can you attach a test case or link to
one that demonstrates this issue.
