When I try to print multiple copies of a webpage that has an odd number of pages
> 2 (i.e. 3 or 5) with a printer that can print front and back, the first page
of the second copy is printed on the back of the last page of the first copy.

It appears that FireFox paginates all the pages of all the copies sequentially.
Multiple copies of pages should be started on new sheets of paper.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. File -> Print
2. Set Copies > 2
3. Check Collate Box
4. Press Print

Actual Results:
Printer prints pages seqentially front and back without starting a new copy on a
new sheet of paper.

Expected Results:
Each new copy of the website should start on a new sheet of paper.

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.
