Extremely slow scrolling makes it practically impossible to navigate
www.savedisney.com
I understand, there are transparent GIFs and fixed background image, but my MSIE
scrolls smoothly, and I believe Mozilla should too.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open http://www.savedisney.com/
2. Scroll and watch CPU usage jump to 100%
Actual Results:  
Extremely slow scrolling even on fast CPUs

Expected Results:  
Relatively smoother scrolling

My MSIE scrolls significantly faster on this particular site.
