Have loaded everything twice, can't get this to work.  URL included is just one
site that doesan't work.  NO sites work  Try NASA.GOV.  I can put both IE and
Firefox side by side, the Firefox doesn't work.  Macromedia's test site DOES work;  
http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/welcome/  Says everything is working, BUT
this still doesn't show the menu bar at the top of the page.
