I would like to be able to create and maintain a start page for Firefox in the
Frisian language.
Code is fy-NL

Reproducible: Always
The startpage for official builds is the google-hosted startpage, even if it may
not be available in all languages.

Or are you talking about the snippets for the google page?

I mean like this one:
http://www.google.nl/firefox?client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:nl:official
but than with "fy" instead of "nl"
yes, though I have no idea if google will get that working.

But this is not really something we need a bug for, as getting that stuff done
is part of the ff localization, see http://wiki.mozilla.org/L10n:Firefox_Extras.

Why not? There is a Frisian google at: http://www.google.com/intl/fy/
Should I contact google?

Sorry, it was recommended by Anne van Kesteren.
You may close it if you like.
Getting fy to work is part of a bigger fish to fry, and we have a bug on that
already. Not sure which right now.
