User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; fr-FR; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4
Build Identifier: Thunderbird 1.0.2 on TSE server (Microsoft Windows server 2003 Standard Edition)

On a TSE server Using Thunderbird 1.0.2, when a user creates a filter with
Tools/Message filter, this filter works until Thunderbird is restarted.
The user's file "msgFilterRules.dat" in the user's mail folder has not been
updated...
This file is in D:\users\username\Mail\popservername\
( the local folders of the users are on D: instead of C: ....)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
0. Define the local folders of the user in D:\users\username\Mail
1. Create a new filter.
2. Define a condition for moving the message in an existing folder, clic on OK
to validate it.
3. Use the filter : its ok, the message has been moved...
4. Restart Thunderbird

Actual Results:
The filter doesn't work now...
In tools/message filter : there is no line : no filter saved...
