I have been finding lately that when you have multiple POP accounts, that after
the download from the first account, the spam mail is done. But it doesn't
completly finish with the moving to the junk folder, due to the next POP account
download. Mail is tagged as spam, but isn't moved to the spam folder. The last
account is fine, since there are no more accounts to run. The spam from the
first account(s) have to be moved manually.

This usually happens when mail hasn't been downloaded for sometime and there are
a lot of mail to download and checked for spam.

I was wondering if there should be a 15 second (or so) delay between account
downloads for the spam routine to finish with the tagging and the moving of spam?

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:
When Thunderbird downloads the mail from the firct account, it will start the
spam tagging. It seems at the same time the download from the next account
starts and it too will take some time, specailly when Thunderbird hasn't
downloaded in a while, and the spam is tagged from the first account, but not
moved to the spam folder. the same thing happens with the second account, but
the last account will work fine, since it has time to complete the job. So the
spam from the first account and the others leading up to the last, the spam
tagged message will have to be manually moved to the spam folder.

Expected Results:
The mail should be downloaded and checked for spam and moved to spam folder.
When that is completed (or a time time delay), them move onto the next account.

bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.
