Javascript coding from a JS file are super-imposing links over words. This is
down without a plugin and it's rather annoying since it pops up these little
windows when you move down the page and happen to move over a super-imposed link
word.

Go over the underlined green words to see the popup box.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to web site http://www.boutell.com/gd/
2. Find an underlined green word.
3. Mouse mouse over underlined green word.
4. Annoying ad window pops up on you.

Expected Results:
Blocked it since I feel that this is no different than a popup window. They are
just finding alternate ways to shove junk up in the way making surfing a lot
less enjoyable. I feel this is a very POOR way to try to get people to go to a
advertisement site. I for one, WILL NOT, go to sites that advertise in this
rude manner.
Related to Firefox bug 283976 and Firefox bug 295559?
There is no way to tell that the popup has advertising as opposed to explanatory
text. Heck, it could be written in such a way that a _human_ wouldn't be able
to tell that...

Since the page is responding to specific action from you, there's no clear way
to tell that the response is not desired -- we can't read your mind.
