If you create a new subfolder e. g. via the context-menu a dialog pops up
querying for the name of the folder. It would ease creation of subfolders a lot
if the ok-button would be the default-button, i. e. hitting Enter should create
the folder.

Currently you either have to use the mouse or "Tab" to the button (btw.: There
seems to be no visible highlight for focussed buttons)

Well, I really think so. Especially because the bug really only occurs on Linux
and not with Windows.
