Clicking on that link produces: 

404 The requested URL
/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/nightly/latest-trunk/ThunderbirdSetup.exe was not
found on this server.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. in FF go to http://www.mozilla.org/developer
2. click on link for Windows nightly build

Actual Results:  
404 error

/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/nightly/latest-trunk/ThunderbirdSetup.exe was not
found on this server.

Expected Results:  
download nightly lastest build of Thunderbird for win32 platform
Yes, the link on the developer page is wrong. The address should include the
filename thunderbird-1.0+.en-US.win32.installer.exe or thunderbird-win32.zip.
The directory containing these is
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/nightly/latest-trunk/
