There appears to be no way of modifying/removing the header and footer
information, or adjusting the margins for printed pages.  This seems to be a Mac
specific problem as Win98se versions of FF have this preference in the Page
Setup dialog.

If the config settings are changed (about:config) for the header/footer
information, they still appear on the printed page.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Wonder about how to remove header and footer information.
2. Search every menu option and dialog and configuration preference.
3. Take a stress-pill when unable to find.

Actual Results:  
Nothing changed.  The header and footer is still there, and the margins have not
changed.

Expected Results:  
Provided an option to modify these settings, and actually done it.
