Since 20051406 Tinderbox and Trunk mozilla-win32-installer.exe builds won`t
start after Installation.

The Install Process is running normal, but after the Installation is complete
Mozilla doesn`t start.

These Builds also doesn`t start if you execute the Mozilla.exe.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download the Trunk mozilla-win32-installer.exe
2. Try to start the Build.
