Bookmark toolbar icons are useful in that they're quick links to sites you use
frequently or semi-frequently. I have some icons which are favicons I recognize
easily (such as gmail) and really don't need any text at all. I am successfully
able to give it a name of nothing, but there is still a small amount of space on
the right which doesn't match the amount of space on the left. This makes the
buttons a bit lopsided.

I'd like if the bookmarks which you've decided to have no name (or better, a
checkbox for "icon only", that way mouse-overs give you the full name) were
balanced in the amount of space on the sides of the icon.

I added that on while I was writing it, it wasn't the real intended purpose.
It's close, but no dupe. See, it should detect something in this psuedocode manner

if ( is_null($bookmarkname) ) { #bookmarkiconnamespacer width: 0px; !important }

meaning, there's a space between the icon and the text which is hardcoded. if
there's no text, this space doesn't disappear. it really should. the idea of
using a pref was to make it easier because you wouldn't have to use detection
code to see if there's any text and a need for a spacer or not.

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.
